  • Was the Big Bang the actual beginning of the universe?
  • Are there such things as “subjects” and “objects?”
  • If we must know the world in order to know ourselves as “Selves,” why have philosophers posited dualistic ideologies for centuries, and regarded mind and world as two separate things?
  • If there is a separation between mind and body, why has no empirically clear dividing line been discovered?
  • Is river water different from the river bed?
  • Is a silhouette different from the light that creates it?
  • Do trees and stars have consciousness?
  • Is a cloud doing anything?
  • Does a river possess intelligence?
  • What is consciousness? How and why did it arise?
